1. General Conditions

• You must provide accurate personal and delivery information while placing orders.
• Images of cakes on the website are for representation; actual products may vary slightly as they are handcrafted.
• Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify website content, policies, or services at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
• Payments must be made through the secure options provided on the website.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless mentioned.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Kerala delivery: 4–5 working days
• All India delivery: available
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or festive-season demand.
• Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact details.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

4. Product Quality & Responsibility

• All products are prepared in hygienic, certified facilities.
• If a product arrives damaged, customers must share clear photos within 24 hours for resolution.
• Once delivered, the customer is responsible for correct storage of the product.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, if not yet processed.
• No cancellations allowed after dispatch.
• Refunds are provided only for:
• Damaged products
• Wrong items delivered
• Non-delivery due to our error
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, images, and text on the website belong to Caking by Chef Pillai.
• No one may use or reproduce them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by courier services
• Loss or damage due to incorrect storage by the customer
• Misuse of the website or unauthorized access to your account
